Finding Out How To Spawn The Harvester

So we've nailed down a few things about him but there is still much to know, if you have any sort of substantial evidence please post so.

 

Primes increase chances of finding Harvester

Being involved in the Gradivus Dillema increases the chances of spawning it (This should be self explanatory players that registered after the event are having as much luck as those who supported the Grineer or Corpus full and through during it)

Specific weapons increase chances of spawning Harvester

Planets have higher chances of spawning Harvester (As long as its a Corpus mission he can spawn)

Being in a mission from the start of it increases the chances of spawning Harvester

Low level weapons/frames increase chances of spawning Harvester (Likely has nothing to do with loadouts)

Corpus defense has highest chances of spawning Harvester (Apparently not true, he spawns on any Corpus mission after 240 seconds after spawning it seems)

Having both a Stalker mark and Harvester mark spawns the Harvester ???

Killing Alad V gives death mark to spawn Harvester ???

Other Corpus bosses besides Alad V give a death mark to spawn the Harvester ???

Nef.Anyo is a Harvester mark trigger ???

Highest chances of finding Harvester are on invasions against Corpus ✓(Confirmed on Livestream 20 that it is triggered by supporting Grineer)

You get a email in your inbox when you have a mark ✓

If you have anything you would like to add or confirm/deconfirm please feel free to post it.

TL:DR Support grineer until you get a email but be aware that the probabilities are butchered for the Harvester to appear according to the people on the Livestream

lol im right there with you, done lost track of how many games ive made, i been doin 2 boss runs in between every 5 games

Just noticed stalker hunter says I have a deathmark for alad v....interesting.

I just had a stalker encounter on io - jupiter, he came after the jackal. The wikia is outdated because it clearly says that Jackal should not give a stalker death mark.

FYI I just got my first harvester (in Cyath mobile defense on Eris) Before that a little earlyer I had a stalker in the same mission (in the same room even) What's interesting is that inbetween I killed only one boss (Jackal from an alert)

 

No drop and I forgot to scan him :/ 

 

Something nice would be that when you've fully scanned the stalker and/or the harvester when you go check their entry in the codex it tell you wether or not you have a deathmark/harvestermark atm. (Ofc they need to add the harvester entry in the codex first...)

Just tough of that but regarding people encountering stalker instead of harvester even tough they did a grineer and a corpus boss beforehand maybe you need to deliver the final blow to the corpus boss for it to count ?

 

I would suggest to go solo for the boss run and then online (or invite only) for the actual farm

Killed Kril, Killed Anyo, ran the stalker hunter for quite a few runs. 

 

nothing. No stalker, no nothing. 

 

RNG is killin me in this game.

1 encounter 5 hours

9 harvester kills, 3 blueprints and nothing else, and 3 stalker guest appearances. The Barrel and Receiver are just not even real as far as I'm concerned.

Been farming for Harvester for 3 days now. Have tried every boss combination mentioned in this thread, and fought on every corpus planet (mostly Xini/Io). I've had around 10 Stalker spawns (none after the update) and 0 Harvester spawns.

 

Either I'm doing something wrong or Harvester is strong with the RNG.

Here is what I am doing now.

 

I am sure I got both marks.

 

Start a game, start stalker hunter.

Set the game type to private.

Start a mission, switch out to do reading, for school, when the timer run out, switch back.

If nothing is happening in next 15s, abort the mission and repeat.

 

Is this ok? Or I should do something else.
