Caetus(Latin for shark) is an offensive warframe. his stats ace in speed and shields, while having low armor and health. Here's his move set:

1) Fin Whip- Caetus creates and slashes a whip of water that deals high slash damage.

2) Bubble Suit- He creates a layer of defence on his teammates (only his teammates) these layers absorb all damage but last for 5 sec. (expendable by mods).

3) Surf (yes i just did that)- creates a platform of water in mid air, costs 10 energy and is spammable.

4) Wave of Destruction- Creates a point from where deadly waves expand from, they ragdoll opponents and deal very high damage. Anything that walks into the waves after the ability is activated will also be ragdolled.

This is my idea if you have a way to improve it or if you have another cool idea for a warframe pleas reply!

here is an improvement:

gender:male

archetype: aquatic leader TANK

name: Megaladon (ancient shark species a true sea titan)

team role: crowd control and team leader (extremely effective in aquatic levels)

description: highly offensive and defensive tank with high health speed(mobile tank) moderate stamina and high armor and  moderate-high shields

in short a highly resilient and mobile tank which can be quite independent and a great leader.

PS:THIS WARFRAME SHOULD BE MADE FOR VETERANS ONLY AND BE HARD TO GET. I HAD ENOUGH OF EASY TO GET FRAMES.

ITS TIME TO SHOW WHAT A VETERAN LOOKS LIKE!

powers:

1."ravenous hunt":

shooting a big target lock liquid like projectile that when it hits the target (almost as fast as necro's soul punch)

it invades the entrails of the target and then explodes while it ignores the targets resistances and ragdolls it away along with the targets near it causing severe damage to the target but physiques only damage to the targets near it(rag doling)

2."Drench":

like Rhino's iron "skin" it incases the Frame with an armor made of a liquid substance that looks like water which protects him from certain amount of damage and after reaching that amounts maximum it dissolves into a cloud of steam providing temporary blinding cover to reorganize however, when the armor gets damaged the force of the damage makes the armor generate small amounts of energy becoming more considerable  with the aid of mods.

in addition the teammates near the frame receive an inferior version of the armor("the spurt effect").

3."blood roar":

the frame roars like a beast gone berserk highlights enemies on radar and on screen(like Banshee's sonar but lights the whole body and doesn't reveals weaknesses) adding tactical awareness for the team and increasing movement speed considerably in addition to added damage (like Rhino's Roar)

4."downpoor":

When unleashed it creates a boiling steaming geyser which stays in the place it was cast continuing to spout upwards damaging the enemies getting near it getting slowed down more and more as they get closer into the center and sustain more and more damage as the get closer to the center

and severely damaging and rag-dolling away those enemies who are at the range of the center when the geyser gets initiated

in addition the projectiles shot at it have chance to be reflect directly back at the enemy shooting at it and those that don't do less damage to those inside of it.

stats:

health:150 (300 at rank 30)

shields:200 (400 at rank 30)

armor: 300

sprint speed:2

polarities: 4 frame polarities only

aura polarity:none

*has unique functionality in purely aquatic levels.

storyline:

after the cicero crisis was resolved the tenno began to explore earth and attempt t further purge the greneer menace from earths forests upon further exploration the tenno reached the depths of the ocean to search for hidden greneer bases however the found an underwater orokin vault, they enterd it in hopes of acquiring an orokin artifact instead they found a decaying ookin facility crolling with infestation corrupted orokin who seeked refuge from the orokin forest (that strangely enough was killing them). upon extensive battles and exploration they found an unexpected object,

it was a criopod  within which was contained the largest frame yet, it was megaladon an experimental frame with a menacing visage.

after the recovery efforts were completed

the lotus explained that upon inspection this frame was initially designed to simply withstand the corruption of the infestation and be adept in fighting and adapting in  every type of environment especially in aquatic environment.

however the extended period of his hibernation and the damaged seal of his crio-pod let some water insidebut also forced his body to withstand a never ending onslaught of infestation corruption, fortunately his intended immunity system made sure that the frame wont succumb to the corruption of the infestation however it did not leave him unchanged.

It evolved by aggressively consuming and repurposing the infestation particles to suit its ongoing battle against it made megaldon  bigger, stronger, faster and more aggressive than intended, giving him an animalistic combatant personality but surprisingly enhancing his leadership skills making him an alpha leader in any team.

blueprint placement:

in the depths of the sea of earth

make two bosses the jungle boss for another frame and the under sea vault infested boss.

PS: Its time the infested have a hero boss of their own like captain vor or lech krill of the greneer.

Fishframe used splash.

Nothing happened.

Grineer bombard used Ogris.

Critical hit

Fishframe fainted.

You're out of useable frames.

You blacked out.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

That's how I envision this fame working out.
