Kyria Posted January 7, 2014 Share Posted January 7, 2014 I just had it happen again (never before the latest hotfix!). Wyrm, no Coolant. On both occasions it occurred just as I came out of a successful mission. I am quite certain both times at least one of my PUG-teammates had a Carrier equipped - if that matters.
