Spectra...can We Get A Rework?

I was just browsing through my secondary weapons and i was just noticing how bad the spectra is......can we get a buff and a rework? it has potential but DE has just completely forgotten about the spectra.

I'm not even sure how to level up the spectra and embolist solo. Horrible range and horrible damage (we're talking clan-tech, here). I can kill only around 10 standard mooks with the spectra; 15-20 with the embolist, before the ammo dries out and have to scavenge 3-4 rooms for pistol ammo.

Yeah I love Flux and spectra but first they nerf the best gun ever (Flux) and the spectra IIRC is better than one gun only:  the Lato, so Spectra is stronger than the first pistol of the game by a little and thats it... as a clan weapon it needs a rediculous buff +1

Pretty much yeah.

Let's try to compare it to Flux (which is not even a top DPS rifle)

 

Damage: Flux 150/s | Spectra 80/s - lol[1]

Ammo: Flux 100/540 | Spectra 50/210 (aka no ammo in a few seconds)- lol[2]

Status: Flux 9,0% (kinda okay) | Spectra 2,0% (just lol) - lol[3]

 

Do you even balance DE?

 

But if it supposed to be Flux little brother, just buff Flux and Spectra both (just to make it worth at least) or remove Spectra from Clan Research, even Cestra will be look better there.
