Anatolius
If you haven't turned down/off some of the game's graphic settings you don't want or need If you are running a lot of applications while you play you might want to turn those off This work for me (though I get little lav wwith Skype and Internet running with it) Edited January 15, 2014 by Anatolius
Azure_Kytia
Okay? Saying something like this isn't very helpful unless you can be more specific. Can you provide more information, such as what hardware you use and the Operating System? Edited January 15, 2014 by Azure_Kyte

Thanadraug
The only thing I can really recommend aside from what the others are recommending is that you run in fullscreen at a lower resolution. It's helped me make lag on my laptop manageable (~30fps instead of 5) Can you get the information about your computer? As an example, a core 2 duo processor. To get this information, it'll depend on your operating system Windows XP: 1) Go to the Control Panel 2) Select the System option, and read what it says (You're looking for RAM). 3) Go into the Device Manager and read off the information from "Display Adapters" and "Processors Windows Vista/7: 1) Open the Start Menu 2) Right click on Computer, and click Properties 3) Click on the Windows Experience Index link 4) Click "View and print detailed performance and system information" 5) Read the details about Processor, Memory(RAM), and both Graphics options. If your computer does not have a sufficient graphics card, it might be time to upgrade. Another handy tool to test is the online resource "Can You Run It?". It uses Java to check your system specs and will tell you if your computer can handle the game.
