Retrospecter Posted January 22, 2014 Share Posted January 22, 2014 I can't seem to make a topic in the trading forum, I'm guessing because my forum rank is too low, despite being a Master by way of donation way back when. I'm a Pupil. However, when I click on the Pupil forum, it says I don't have access, thus having no way of getting any information on what to do to get above pupil. The Contact Support apparently closed 20 minutes ago. There's no "forum bugs" forum. I'm thinking if I make it to 10 posts maybe I'll "rank up" on the forums, I have no idea. Wish me luck I guess. DrCashew Posted January 22, 2014 Share Posted January 22, 2014 They said it was a caching issue when this happened to me, and it happened suddenly with me not having done anything special. Glad to see it was an easy fix for you and tbh even if you did catch it while support hours were on the chance of a response from them within an hour seems nonexistent to me. I think once I had a response within two hours when it involved getting platinum to my account (I had already paid, so no it wasn't like they were doing it for the money).
