Here is boring stat info

Stats

HP: 100 (300)
Shield: 150 (450)
Energy: 100 (150)
Armor: 250
Sprint Speed: 1.0

Has - aura and a V attack with a D polarity to start

And might as well add one.

Origin

Mimic was the result of Corpus scientists research meant for darker intentions. In exchange for large sums of Platinum and Credits, the Lotus would collaborate with the Corpus to help create a new Warframe. After research was complete, Alpha team stole all the Warframes before the Corpus could use them to their profit.

Acquisition

To get Mimics parts, you need to buy the blueprint from the market for 35,000 credits. Afterwords, you must buy the other blueprints in the market for 500,000 credits a piece. Congratulations, your credits have value again, kinda, not really. Or you could spend 175 platinum flat for him.

Powers

Powers are utility based and assist teammates. He has 2 damage abilities.

Ability 1: Replicate (25)
For 15/30/45/60 seconds, you will be disguised as whatever you cast on. Mimic can just slip by completely undetected as a crewman on Corpus maps. Shooting your enemies, however, will make them become aware your fake. Casting this on allies will make them turn invisible for the duration with half damage. During which, you take your allies form and draw aggro from enemies.

Ability 2: Substitute (50)
Casting will replace enemies in groups of 2/4/6/8 in your current vicinity. Mimic becomes one of the enemies for 8 seconds. These enemies take your form and will trick other enemies nearby, causing them to fire at said foes.

Ability 3: Possess (75)
Until you get hit, Mimic will dominate an enemy's mind and control their body. Initial possession will cause 75/100/125/200 radiation damage. As the enemy, you have whatever ability it has and the enemy's weapon. (So yes, you can be a Grineer Lancer soloing Lech Kril tossing grenades every 2 seconds) You cannot do things like carry a datamass to the objective or free-run, so you must use the stairs or elevators to get to high places. If you solve a cipher to open doors, attack the enemy, break windows, or possess an enemy mid-battle, Mimic, if hes there and the possessed target will be attacked.

Ability 4: Masquerade (100)
Every enemy on within 10/20/30/50 meters of you will be tricked into fighting each other, similar to chaos. All foes in the vicinity will take 750/950/1250/1500 radiation damage. After casting, you and your teammates will be disguised as enemy grunts for 30 seconds, allowing you to avoid conflict and attacks and watch the fireworks... assuming they didn't burn out initial casting.

And I'd appreciate actual criticism and ideas instead of "Ur fram sux, tis naut lake Rhenoo"

Too similar to Nyx.

First skill is odd. Casting it by itself is just Loki's invisibility. Casting it on allies isn't a bad idea but it needs more thought behind it. Does attacking break them out of stealth? Is a 50% damage decrease worth being invisible for a bit? Last part is okay, I guess. Assuming you're in a squad of four, stealthing one member will increase the agro of the remaining three frames. Unless Mimic uses this ability again but on himself. Then two people get all the agro. Strange skill. Don't really like it.

Second skill is too similar to Nyx' Chaos.

Third ability is largely useless as most mobs are no threat. It's also counter intuitive in a game all about running around and kill things. To use it effectively, you would have to hide in some corner of the map, aim at a mob (which you'll need Line of Sight for), and cast it.

Fourth skill contradicts itself. Enemies start to fight each other but are also one shot by the same skill, rendering the former part useless.
