Mir.
As a person who uses Trinity a lot, Whenever I cast link, chances is that my Sentinel would be my "human" shield. I killed it a few times because of this and I feel guilty now :(
ReiganCross
Sentinels die too easy, you can't do a thing to prevent that and once it's done you can't recover him... So yeah, Sentinel right now is a scource of sadness...

Thelonious
Yep, a sentinel on trinity has a 10 second lifetime. 20 if you have regen. The principle of Link being to reflect damage to attackers, having a sentinel nullifies the effect, therefore renders both the pet and link useless. Please fix the skill so that it can't target sentinels. Same problem with Smoke Screen/Invisiblity/Ghost. When the player is invisible, the sentinel becomes the target, and dies fast. Playing stealth is actually easier without a pet, since he gets spotted/targeted when you're invisible. Please fix, invisibility skills should affect the pet too. Keeshhound
Sentinel should take cover behind the warframe ' -' That would just make it take up more of the screen. I'd rather see them let go of the apron strings and fly around the room a bit. For that matter, why can Link target allies at all? That doesn't really fit Trinity's supposed role as a support frame anyway.

Because if Link COULD target an Ally you'd see the new "TROLL TRINITY"... Which is basically a Trinity that links with you and jumps into explosions/fire... Thelonious
For that matter, why can Link target allies at all? That doesn't really fit Trinity's supposed role as a support frame anyway. Cause the range is limited, which would nullify the effect when mobs are too far. You're supposed to play with a Rhino chaining Rhino Skin next to you. It was an attempt from the dev's to implement the basic trinity (yes, that's probably where the name is from) tank/healer/dps into the game. We now know how it doesn't really fit. Which is basically a Trinity that links with you and jumps into explosions/fire... Link can target allies. It latches onto the nearest enemy or ally, with a preference for enemies, but the sentinel is so close that it almost always targets it; that's the problem. There's a similar problem with shades using ghost; they cloak you but not themselves so they end up getting targeted by everything (and you catch the flak for it anyway).
