All progress is saved withing a mod. anything in the bar after you hit the fuse button is reset to 0, so no you cannot add some then finish it later, you would just be throwing away your cores / mods No the bar is not reset to 0..it stays where it is. Unless I terribley missread on a couple different occasions, or maybe they already changed it?
