Mint Condition & Blank Clean Skins

This comes two fold:

 

Will there be "mint" skins of weapons? With the Grineer weapons, especially the Ogris, Torid, and Karak, I'm bothered by the cloth/rubber strips that are visible on them. Those weapon design features gives me a sense of previous ownership, that it wasn't "mine" when I crafted it. I assume that since it's a model change, it's not likely to happen.

 

Also, will there be blank clean skins for all equipment? Such that colors are displayed without being darkened or lightened by the base textures of equipment. With the Braton series for example, the weapon's dark parts significantly darkens the color picked. This also applies to Grineer weapons, I'm just wishing for skins which colors parts in a single color, instead of having a dual mix of colors.
