lautalocos
i understand that physx is nvidia exclusive, but isnt there any way to improve the effects of the charge attack with an AMD card? without physx the effect looks very lackluster. just wanted to know if in the future this kind of special effects will be improved for people using AMD. xShadowsaur
Does AMD support any kind of unique special effects... thing? As far as I know, they don't.
Verryn
I'm with you guys, I don't like using PhysX because it's too flashy for me and right now I look like a mini tornado. Only 1 game uses it and that's tomb raider, it could do more but hair is all it's done so far.
[DE]Draice
Sorry folks, until AMD deliver an SDK that competes with PhysX and APEX technologies, trying to implement a software solution will hit the performance on the CPU too much.
