New Warframe!

So I was thinking about making a new Warframe called Bysault, as in Basalt, which means clock in Latin. He would be a engineer/crowd control kind of Warframe. He is a time based Warframe that specializes in Radiation damage. He is a great debuffer. Here are my ideas:

Shield: 100

Health: 75

Armor: 50

Speed: 1.0

1) Time Bomb: Bysault throws a bomb that explodes in a small radius, paralyzing any enemies caught in radius.

Energy: 25

Radius: 8

Duration: 3 / 4 / 5 / 5

Damage: 20 / 40 / 60 / 100

2) Paradox Clone: Summons a clone from another time to help you in battle. Clone will have 1/4 of your health, shield, armor, and damage.

Energy: 50

Duration: 15 sec

3) Time Shield: Creates shields around your allies, increasing shield regeneration, and gives a minor health boost for a short period.

Energy: 75

Duration: 5 / 7 / 11 / 15

Shield Regenerate: 10% / 20% / 30% / 40%

Health Boost: 5% / 10% / 15% / 20%

4) Clock Stop: Bysault imbues the ground with time energy, enlarging into a circle of energy, damaging any enemies in range and greatly slowing them.

Damage: 500 / 750 / 1000 / 1000

Radius: 10 / 15 / 20 / 25

Slow: 20% / 30% / 40% / 50%

So I hope you liked this idea. Let me know if there should be any changes. I do not have any concept art for this.

I like the idea of a time based frame and I like the first ability, but power two is way too powerful to be a second tier power, your clone can have easily over 1000 health and shield and 200+ armor, that's too good of a clone that lasts 30 sec for a second tier power. Third ability buffs too much for a third tier power as well. most buffs are just one thing, this is three buffs in one. The fourth is alright, but its just another AoE damage but I like the paralysis. I don't know what "time energy" is though or why it explodes.

Personally I think his number 1 should do damage like most others. And isnt clock stop just stomp?

Ok so the 2nd ability will have 1/4 of your stats.
