Damage: What If All Mods Gave Damage?

Sorry, didn't read the whole post, but I think they should increase the percentage of utility mods (reloading, accuracy, capacity, etc.), basically make them more powerful. Then they can make nightmare mod versions of those with less percentage but also some sort of boost to overall performance.

 

Wildfire boosts capacity and a little less fire damage, and more mods like this will be welcome by me.

 

Then Mastery Ranks should allow you to choose between 2 of those mods, making it a Player decision. This should benefit newer players too, while also decreasing grind in Nightmare mode.

I'd say give it a read. The more people think about damage systems, the better. As I said in my original post, every system has flaws, even mine.
