Warframe Gechoss(German for Projectile)

 

#1: Bullet Time 25 power; increases squad ammo reload for a period of time. Unranked, 10% for 15 seconds, Max, 25% for 30 seconds. Mods: power duration, power efficiency.

 

#2: Universal Bore 50 power; Allows all ammo drops for a certain time to add to the ammo of the weapon you currently have out. Follow ammo mutation mod conversions for 5 seconds, building up to 20 seconds at max. Mods: power duration, power efficiency

 

#3: Overwatch 75 power; Think Borderlands2 Axton Magnetic Sentry, pretty much a Dethcube's Death Rifle, Damage, fire rate, and everything, but placeable. Limit to one turret. Mods: power duration, power effeiciency, power strength, power range.

 

#4: Live Fire 100 power; for a period of time, proc chance and accuracy are increased. Instead of using ammo from your magazine, you use ammo from your reserve. Unranked: for 5 seconds, proc chance and accuracy increased by 5%. Fire from your reserve for 5 seconds. Max: for 25 seconds, proc chance and accuracy increased by 25%. Fire from your reserve for 25 seconds. Mods: To keep this from being overpowered, no mods influence this in any way, not even efficiency.

I'm very surprised there's nothing about increasing weapon damage, which I would have expected from a weapon based frame.

 

How about Life fire increases damage instead of proc chance? and instead of making strength/duration/efficiency not effect it, alter it so that it won't become to strong with it.

 

4%-8%-12%-16% damage and accuracy for 5-10-15-20 seconds. This will make it a bit stronger as Damage > Proc chance, but make it Ultimate worthy. As well, it's not overly strong for an ultimate unless maxed (Strength + Duration mods).
