Extra Mod Slot Items

Like the Title says, I feel there should be an item in the game that increases the number of mod slots. not the amount of mod energy, actual slots. each item adds 2-4 mod slots, unpolarized, to a maximum of 6(?) How does the community feel about an item such as this? it becomes more OP the more i think about it. but seriously though, how do you guys feel?

If it added 1 and was limited to 1 use per weapon, then I couldsee it as okay. But not on warframes, they have enough as it is

They should make a maximum of 2 new slots per weapon if implemented. Think about it, it has a penalty in terms of space per slot so you'll have to pump tons of forma into it.

I agree with Fission.

 

1 max, 2 formas to produce 1 extra slot.

 

To make it more balanced, you could also force it to be unpolariz-able, ensuring that you don't have weapons that completely just run around killing everything.

 

As is we can technically use 120 mod space on weapons, with all 8 slots polarized and all 8 mods that are equipped being even in cost.
