Leveling Coolant Leak Idea

Do you guys think that we can at least level coolant leak for 5 ranks?

Each rank gives you a larger radius and possibly has chance to freeze the enemy.

Coolant leak gets easily overpowered, if you allow to level it higher or use a high radius. The only thing, you can do, is to start with 7,5% and level it up to 10/12,5/15/17,5/20% slow down (as it is now). To spare some fusioncores for us, DE decided to give us instant the "max lvl".
