Quickening: 20% speed -80% efficiency True punishment 40% crit -60% efficiency (40 % is quite little - melee is slow and often low base crit) Life strike vamp +20% efficiency -140%. Tazmanyak Posted April 13, 2014 Share Posted April 13, 2014 life strike should be quite balanced like this. ability to self heal that "easily" should (and does, btw) come with a drawback bad enough you have to fine tune your build, and certianly sacrifice something. i guess if we could hope for some kind of energy regen ability in the next updates.
