Axterix13 Posted April 19, 2014 Share Posted April 19, 2014 (edited) Run non-Void/non-OD Survivals to the 20m mark. A low level Infested one is easiest, if you can get it. You can get them from the Dark Sectors survivals, but their loot tables seem to be more cluttered with other things, so a lot lower chance of the mutations, as far as I can tell.
