I think it would be pretty cool if one of the other factions could invade your enemy's ship mid mission. Say, the infested board the ship and begin to infect the crew. Or the Corpus invade an Infested ship and begin a purge. I think it would be a cool idea just to throw a bit more ordered chaos into the mix. Besides, think about how much cooler that makes you as a space ninja, slipping through two factions mid fight and completing your objective. Perhaps your mission could change, and you could actually end up crossing over into the other ship? Like I said, just tossing out ideas. Feel free to expand on this.
