LuMeow Posted May 2, 2014 Share Posted May 2, 2014 (edited) I thought Update 13.2 has stealth upgrade the Warframe's black energy performance, so I try Flux Rifle and Phage. The Phage's black tentacle worked very well, but nothing happened on Flux Rifle. Maybe bug?
