1. moderator to arsenal. that show u skill dmg . dmg type .range . duration .  and all that thing's

2. moderator to the battlefield that show u the health of iron skin and snow globe . ash target when bladestorm . excalibur rebel duration . and all that thing's

 

that can make the game easy to learn and play . and not send u every time u rebuild mods to wiki .

and make the battlefield more tactic and fun

I think they mean some sort of UI display element - so as to show Warframe power properties in the Arsenal after modding, and an Iron Skin/Snow Globe health indicator, stuff like that

He seems to mean he wants further detail to the UI, in menues and in game. Not everyone can excel in math, and not everyone has the time to check wiki for what mods affect what abilities. Further UI details regarding abilities and their factors are well needed.
