How To Check Ranks Of Owned But Deleted Weapons/warframes

As title, I've owned few weapons and level it up until 10 - 20 ranks, then deleted without master it to 30 for Mastery Rank, so my mastery rank is very low. I wish to train it back but I don't wanna train the weapon I used to max on 30 ranks. Any idea about how can I check for those weapons / warframes I used to max to 30 ranks?

If you look at your profile stats in-game, I believe it states what rank your weapons are at.

profile top left does in fact track all the stats for your weapons/frames

 

(kills/exp/rank/etc)

Go to your codex, click on weapons.  

[Beladric]

Your codex has the highest rank you've attained on a given piece of equipment. Check there.
