Is There A Time Limit For Beating The G3 Or Something?

Almost every time I encounter these guys, I only get through killing one or two of them before the mission just randomly fails. I'm not getting killed and bolted, so why do I keep losing? Do you have to beat them within a certain amount of time? Do you lose if all your teammates are captured? What am I missing here?

 

(Latest mission was survival btw, definitely killed two of the three but I could barely pick them out due to sheer amount of enemies on screen; the mission just failed even though LS was far from depleted though).

The marked player was captured. That fails the mission.

Is there anyway to tell who the marked player is? I thought it was me, but they seem to refer to all players by name, so I can never tell.

Usually it's who they taunt first. Or who they capture. You can see the sentinel shooting a capture laser.

I guess I'll have to keep a closer eye on the first prompt then, although it would be nice if it was a little less vague about who they're after. Trying to pick out 3 psychotic one-hit KO machines from 300 guys who look just like them is bad enough, but I didn't even get to finish the job...

 

Oh well, there's always next time I guess.
