Challenge Disappears After Reviving

So I was running some missions solo, pop in, check the challenge, dreading it every time Pistol Master appears since I'm carrying a Sicarus. But I got careless, and was killed. No problem, just revive, right? Then I'm back up and killing stuff with my lame-o low level Sicarus. Bang-bang-bang, dead Crewman.... and no 18/20 Pistol Master? Next kill, nothing. So on and so forth until the end. This happened twice on two different missions.

 

Has anyone else had this happen? Those 5000xp that I could have gotten would've been very helpful in levelling, and doing those Challenges is one of the biggest source of fun when running solo.

That's a bug that would make a Tenno mad, especially because you're missing out on some experience that you may need. If it happened to you after you revived because you were soloing, I wonder if this still persists if you're revived by another Tenno.
