Design: Prime weapons on the top, with other weapons below ***not all weapons are used*** Four prime frames in the middle of the weapon circle. (four only mainly due to the fact that these are the only frames with official images) Arrangement has nothing to do with weapon strength, it's purely aesthetics, and not proportional.
