You can either fuse you game cards on steam if you have complete sets in an attempt to get it, no guarantees. The skin itself is under a dollar as is the syndana. The weapons are slightly costlier the Galatine is about 8 bucks, Drakgoon about 13 and the Twin Vipers anywhere from 50-125+ as there's only like 20 of them made in the world.
