tveeggad Posted June 28, 2014 Share Posted June 28, 2014 (edited) On the top right of the blue block that contains the text "General news and information" you should be able to find a prompt if you mouse over the area. EDIT: On the picture it is located over the Design Council subforums, which you don't seem to have access to, so ignore that. It is still located at the top right of the top column to you.
