It's impossible to have both Corrosive and Magnetic on a Prova, as they both use Electric.  It's only possible to have that combination on a weapon that innately has Corrosive or Magnetic damage.  

 

Pure elemental base damage is, however, superior for elemental proc builds since there is no physical damage to compete with (proc chance is biased 50% towards physical procs which is why you don't get elemental procs as often as you'd think on weapons with physical base damage.)

He was stating that both are possible, from what I can work out. It's what I got from it, at least.
