The problem with a "blurry" logo comes from it either being the wrong format to begin with, it is a non vector image being resized, or too many effects overlapping. The other problem is that it is 128x128, which is thumbnail small, so any details are bound to get lost if you blow it up to see it, but ingame (if made correctly) it will be sharp.
