Screen Go To Standby Mode

After the last hotix  I can no longer start warframe as soon as I push play the screen go black and in to standby mode until I minimize and shut warframe down.

 

Ok just got past it by turning off fullscreen so windowed will allow me to run the game but then the UI scaling is off and the first or 2 first letters of the menus are outside the screen.

 

Using Geforce 8800 GTX  with allmost 1 year old drivers for the last driver update I did the drives was broke and forced me to reboot the computer each day when starting it. So went back to older drives that worked.
