Pc To Ps4 Migration?

I haven't played Warframe for a little bit now due to my computer dying. I am wondering If the Account Migration still hasn't become available or if it was only for a short time?

 

Any help would be nice and thank you all in advance for taking a look and helping me out.

It's not available yet. Once the PS4 gets U14 the account copy will become available.
