I re-entered my info multiple times and even reset my password once, but it keeps giving me the same message. Any help would be appreciated. I had to switch to another internet connection to log into the forum. I was having the same issues and in trying to log in website forum earlier got the dreaded "ip had been temporarily blocked" try again later.
