Didn't Receive My Platiniums

Hello, I just paid 75 platiniums with paypal, I had a mail which proves that I have paid for the platiniums but I didn't receive it in game, maybe some one can explain me why ?

Hi Abymination,

 

Sometimes the Platinium can take some hours to be credited in your account.

Just wait a little bit and check again later =)

 

ps :I'm french too : Le temps que ton paiement soit validé par Paypal et suive sont trajet il peux y avoir un délai de quelque heures avant de les voir sur ton compte, vérifie un peu plus tard. Si jamais ils ne sont toujours pas et que ton compte et débité, tu peux ouvrir un ticket pour que le staff le fasse manuellement.

To open a ticket you should go to the Warframe main site and take a look in the "support" section =)

i just bought 2 paysafe cards and i buyed me with my first paysafe card 170 platnium and i recived it then i did the same with the second one and didnt recived my 170 platnum sorry for english im german
