The "fix" was released on the 25th July. I don't know whether it applied to accounts made before the fix or at any time before the 2 weeks were up. It may be possible that you had registered after the "Daily Log-In Bonus" came out (but I don't think that's the issue). If it was not there, and you did not delete it previously than you do not have the color palette. You will need to submit a support ticket as mentioned above. Good Luck!
