Hydroid Swim Animations

Hydroid, as we know, is liquidy, quite often.

Now, while I suppose there should be a "standard" animation for most warframes swimming, it would be sensible(and really cool) if hydroid actually had a "liquid" one--like a more-dense liquid pouring though a less-dense one.

It's only fitting as he can move as liquid across land to begin with, and should allow him to swim a bit faster than other warframes can.

Plus, it'd look awesome.

it would make sense if it drained energy too.

It would also make sense that Ember would dry out the ocean so we could walk.

It they did this, there would have to be a unique animation for every frame.

Ember drying out the ocean would not be wise at all. Water has a MASSIVE specific heat--it's one of the hardest things to heat up(consider how long it takes to boil a pot of water on the stove), and it diffuses heat readily(consider how easy it is to cook food in boiling water).Boiling away an entire ocean would require insane levels of heat, far more than the tiny bursts of flame columns suggest ember can create, and insanely more than the damage she deals suggests.

There's no particular reason most frames would have any unique interaction with water compared to another.

However, Hydroid specifically deals with water--half of his powers involve channeling it, and half of them involve becoming it.

So it would make a lot of sense if the liquid frame did slightly better in liquid than all the others, similar to how the airframe does better(floats, has massive air control) while in the air than all the others.

Instead of speed, you sanics, how about just have him much more maneuverable and has way better control while swimming than other frames.

Because then it would be a pain in the rear to run missions involving swimming with literally 95% of the rest of the roster, methinks.
