HappyApathy Posted August 21, 2014 Share Posted August 21, 2014 (edited) You could just try asking artists politely and presenting your concept to them (I'm assuming it's for your concept), if it's good you could get an artist interested in doing it without having to offer pay. It's awesome you want to pay an artist, but it'd be cool if you give more details on the project, budget, etc. I'm an artist and I like to have a few details before contacting anyone for a project. Keep in mind I'm no Van Gogh, but I do know the basics of Photoshop. This isn't an offer to do your art, it's me showing interest. Also, no need to pay.
