Then I said why didn't you go to the dark sector defense with primary bonus exp...

You receive EXP regardless but you just don't received the boosted amount.

 

For example, back when I was playing on Sechura, I got about 100+ can't exactly recall numbers but it was around there when players killed with Rifles, if anyone killed with anything else, I'd see an 80+ pop up instead. So in a way you're getting less EXP but face, EXP is EXP and it's better than nothing + killing with primary weapons make the grind for exp go faster anyway, so you could just leech and let them farm it for you.

You still get the XP so it's no biggie.

They're farming neurodes, no Neurode giving Dark Sector has a primary weapon bonus. 
Peopl go to Dark Sectors for a lot of reasons that will not match up with yours. A Dark Sector will still give you more exp than a standard mission so I highly doubt this is somehow a detriment.

If everyone is there for a reason, and you are the only one there for another reason, you're the wrong one in that team.

 

You are still getting your weapon affinity regardless. 

 

Join a clan, make friends, so that you can have a team agreeing to a playstyle.

So let me get this straight, you ask them:

 

- why they are using primaries

- why they are in the mission

- tell them to go to another Dark sector defense

 

and then claim they are the problem......

 

I guess they did not know you were the one true tenno to tell them all how to play.
