Fomorian Injector Mission?

I was trying to play the Earth Cryotic Front mission, but when I joined, the Lotus was talking about a Fomorian injector we needed to use a Corruptor on, we reached the mission marker, but can't find the Corrupter thing. I've searched on the wiki and can't find any reference to this kind of mission. Could we get some help?

Disregard that, your mission bugged. Sometimes the game generates the Fomorian injector from way back in I believe it was the slingstone event. Just attempt to start the mission again and hopefully it will fix itself.

How did you find NOTHING about Fomorians, or Corruptors on the wiki? They are there.

Not quite sure how you got a mission like that, because it was taken from the game ages ago.
