(PSN)pietyu Posted September 12, 2014 Share Posted September 12, 2014 Many of us that play warframe that get use to the options and click to fast to claim or buy thing on accident or didn't fully understand and realized right away that i shouldn't of done that. For some that may not know you can submit a ticket within 48 hours to get it undone. So i decided to look into it since i made a mistake selling a lvl 27 weapon not thinking about it till I looked for it in my inventory to finish it. When I submitting a ticket there was a notice under extreme load and will take time to get to the back logs. To get to the Point this is a suggest to the developers reduce some load on warframe support if this is a good amount of the tickets submitted and towards player that made a mistake out of haste or carelessness. Why not add an in game option that can undo selling weapons if theres a slot still open to claim it,Rush or item purchase if the purchase has not been used. And give it a 5-10 min window to do so. (PSN)Zeylon Posted September 12, 2014 Share Posted September 12, 2014 They could do what some games do with destroying characters, etc. - make it so that selling/whatever adds it to a queue, and you can remove it from the queue before it's executed.
