Support Not Giving Signals Of Life?

Hey. I rarely use the forums. And  by rarely i mean never.. But i tought this was the best place to ask; How long does the Warframe Support takes to answer? Its been 8 days, and nothing... I've even had a 3-month ticket that was only answered last night. Is that normal? Sorry for the stupid question.

It is not normal no, there is currently a lot of pressure on support due to the Xbox release.

It really depends on the type of ticket and what sort of issue you're inquiring about. Forum related tickets get answered fairly quickly, but crash related ones and such can take longer.

 

I think DE should invest in bringing on more support staff if they haven't already done so/started doing so. The game's gotten freaking humongous and they could use the extra help to tackle what's likely a hurricane of support tickets.
