Why Is My Platinum Not Showing Up?

About 2 months ago, I got the PS4 starter pack for warframe. I still have not received the 100 platinum that comes with it, or the credits, mods, and boosters. About 40 minutes ago, I purchased a pack of 75 platinum. I have not received either of these items and I am getting rather angry. Is there any obvious problem on my part, or is there some way you can help me?
