Strict Nat Detected. Upnp Not Detected. Please Forward To Udp Port 4960 & 4965 To 192.168.254.101

I recently got this message when I log on. I had no problem before in terms of invites( sometimes FAILED TO JOIN SESSION) but now I always this message "FAILED TO JOIN SESSION". why is that so? any ways to fix it?

I kinda dont understand these terms about UDP or UPnP, im just a noob :(

Are you using college internet? Because the Wifi here at USF uses strict NAT.

i get restricted that same NAT error even thou i've triple if not quadruple checked if the ports for warframe are open. including checked with my ISP if the ports are restricted (they arent) so aside from checking with a different router if the error persists i'm out of options.
