While this may seem like grammatical error when they typed it, but actually more of programming thing, these things are put together by pieces. They need to add more codes to check the first letter of the object, e.g. if the first letter is vowel, "an" is used, otherwise "a" is used. I figured that's what it was, the "Construction has completed on a" being the prefix for all completed items. I think a tiny grammar mistake from a to an is one of the least of DE's problems lol.
