Initial messages replayed after re-install

I had to re-install the client today, after I did a clean Windows install last night (I upgraded the majority of my computer so this was necessary.) Upon logging in I was played the initial messages describing the basic UI, which was obviously unecessary. There should probably be a server side check for this.

Agreed - and you're absolutely right, it should be server side.
