Falling Out Of Map Glitch And Objective Already Completed Glitch

For some reason, when i try to do a mission with a friend of mine, no matter what the game mode is, it continually says that i can't join because i we already completed the objective. we were doing one of the void defense's with the infested and i had to leave early for real life reasons, now every time i try to join his game in anything, it says objective is already completed.

 

Also, for some reason, when i did a T1 capture, me and my friend decided to try the room where you jump down, avoiding the lasers, then jump up and try to land on the platforms. we gave up and as i was heading back, i shift+control jumped and tried to wall run out of that section of the map. the game glitched out on me and i fell out of the map until i died. why exactly did this happen?

these are very common bugs, I have them too, when the whole falling from the map thing happens, I suggest you don't try to revive, because it'll just keep happening

1) was bored

2) wanted to see if this was common or not
