"Act so as to limit or undermine (something); encroach on" Since it's DE's own content, posting it on their own site does not undermine them or limit their own ability to use their own image. What about other forums (as stated in OP)? I'm assuming this remains the same; if this is wrong, I will gladly remove the image upon contact.
