Life Steal Isn't Working If Not Host

Title says it.

 

I'm not sure though if this is just lag or what but in my test i loss some energy but doesn't increase my health.

 

The host is a bit laggy though.

If you mean lifestrike, ya there was another thread (which now seems buried, so bumping this one) saying it doesn't work at the moment if you're not the host.

I completely agree, i noticed this today. I had no idea it was related to host, but it must be the only explanation. Sometimes it works for me, sometimes it doesn't. It's really bugging me because i can't switch to my melee to get my health back anymore!

I thought I would necro this topic because I'm experiencing this issue right now. The lifestrike mod does not work as it normally should if I am in a game that's being hosted by someone else. It works fine if I am hosting. How has this not been fixed?

hmm, ok well I can confirm that there was reports of this not working as client a couple weeks back, but I tested it with several people on PC with absolute 0 success of reproing the issue, which is why it is probably buried now.  Thank you for reporting though!  I will get it listed in my bug thread ASAP as long as I can succesfully repro it as the client.
