If i add it to my valkyr build with odonata it take it from 943 health to 977 health and a few others have confirmed the issue. D4RKEST Posted November 3, 2014 Author Share Posted November 3, 2014 well my bad - i assumed it would be a % of the actual health not the base health :/ - it would seem that the other mods are just as pointless for shields and armor as well :( not much help against a horde of hellions on uranus.
