Just up until the release of U15 they seemed like they would be able to fit hubs in, so they must be progressing nicely. It was a last minute decision to exclude them, so I'm confident they'll be functional by 15.5 If I remember correctly Steve said they are basically ready, but having so much work for the art team for Archwing put it behind to be included in U15. They have stated it should be in for 15.5, and I have to say in this case I believe them as its been in the works for a long time and it sounds like they pretty much have it ready to go. Id imagine if there is anything else that is holding it back is the NPCs they seem to be planning on having in there. Probably mostly polish.
