Orokin Derelict Bugs

Yesterday me and my friends tried to play derelict exterminate missions and after vote I got black screen for like 10 secs and mission for my friends was failed, after this my loading screen appeared but my mission failed too. We tried second time and everything was fine. Today we tried it again for 2 times and got same result with black screen and mission failure, on third try my friend used his key and it succeed, but, game crushed during the mission. On fourth try we used my key again and we were able to start the mission but after I opened a vault game crushed like in 3 minutes, on fifth try situation with black screen repeated.I didn't see other reports about this but it not looks like only my problem
